We all know some amount of stress is fine but if left unattended it can turn into a chronic stress thereby threatening your life.

Here are few simple, effective ways to handle stress :

1) Yoga- Considered as the best natural way to reduce stress. Just stretch your body or perform a surya namaskar, you be benefitted in all ways!

2) You guessed it right!

Meditation-Anyone can try it as you don't need fitness level or experience.It has a positive effect not only on your anxiety but there's a list of benefits attained on meditating for just 5 mins a day.

Go ahead and give it a try.

3) Unplug - Yes, it very much is distancing from your devices and thus social networking. 80% of your health issues will be resolved if you follow this task diligently on a weekly basis.

4)Fresh Air- Getting some fresh air, even for a few minutes can help in boosting your immunity, with a natural dose of vitamin D and relieve you from physical and mental worries.

5) Call You Friend- Yes! Instead of texting, just pick up your landline and give a call to people whom you have not spoken for years. You will thank me later for the beautiful,energising change it will get in you and them.
